Projekta "AUDZ un DARI lielākas lietas", Nr. 2012.EEZ/DAP/MIC/030 ietvaros 20. un 21. martā notiks pilsoniskās līdzdalības seminārs.

Activities in 2014



In 2014goes on implementation of the project "GROW and DO bigger things" (project contract number: 2012.EEZ/DAP/MIC/030). The project was launched in the July 2013; its implementation provides regular support activities for the association. The project is supported by the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 year period of the program "NGO Fund" sub-programme "Supporting program of non-governmental organizations."
In the projects annual work program 2014 it is planned to continue regular activities already in place. Attention will be paid to cooperation with other NGOs - both Krāslava district and other NGOs located in Latgale region and also NGO network organizations. In order to increase the capacity of organization's members, staff and other interested individuals will be held training on the civic participation, legal and accounting issues. Survey will be carried out on the quality of life, developed informative document, which will be available in 3 districts' libraries. Throughout the project implementation period will be ensured publications about the ongoing activities.
Implementation of the project "GROW and DO bigger things" serves as security asset for the daily activities and future development. Assistance and support provided by the project will help start up and implementation of new initiatives.
Participants of the project activities will be emplyees and volunteers of the associations "EVALUTION" ("ATTĪSTĪBAI ") as well as non-governmental organizations from Krāslava district, local government representatives and other interested parties, who will find the project activities interesting, useful and valid for themselves.

Forum 2013




Association „EVOLUTION” / "ATTISTIBAI", 22/10/2013


On October 12 was held first forum in Izvalta parish, Kraslava district organized by NGO “EVALUTION”.
The main objective of the event was to enable Izvalta Parish residents meet to discuss their issues, discuss ideas, and work together to improve the life of our parish, and to formulate proposals which would be presented to the decision-makers.
Forum opening started with speeches given by acting principle of Izvalta elementary school Z. Gaveika, on behalf of head of municipality - A. Platace and chairmen of NGO „EVALUTION” I.Leikuma.
4 work groups were created which all equaly participated in 3 sessions of workshops covering different aspects of comunity life - the quality of the living environment, public health, education, culture, recreation, leisure time. Discussed the issues of binding to each participant and found common interests and solutions within groups, as well as presented jointly created new ideas and suggestions.
Musical break allowed looking more creatively on everyday issues and generating solutions and visions for future. Sense of community created a coffee break which strengthened community and informal unity atmosphere.
Evaluating the proceeding of the forum, it can be concluded that such a gathering is necessary. According to the participants assessment of the event they have shown satisfaction with the organization and outcomes of the forum. Here are some comments:

Review of July – September 2013

1. Participation in project competitions and implementation of initiated projects.

Implemented 5 projects which were launched in 2013 (1 Youth Exchange, 2 civic engagement projects, 1 cross-border cooperation project).
Improved and fixed 2 public locations in Izvaltas Parish area (Sargavas lake beach, and a farewell ceremony room).
Project "Step-on" implemented under the initiative of Change opportunities for schools (Pārmaiņu iespēja skolām) is in the final phase. Trained more than 150 workshop members, available competence studio (workplaces with tools and machines for woodworking and sewing work).
Prepared  and submitted 2 new project applications and 1 project as partnerorganization - Youth in Action Programme.
Associations’ administrative staff in framework of the project "GROW and DO bigger things" receives financial aid and technical support (space and equipment purchase and installation).

Turpinās projekta „AUDZ un DARI lielākas lietas” darbība.


 
2014. gada periodā turpinās projekta „AUDZ un DARI lielākas lietas” (projekta līguma numurs: 2012.EEZ/DAP/MIC/030) ieviešana. Projekts tika uzsākts 2013. gada jūlija mēnesī, tā realizācija sniedz regulāru atbalstu biedrības aktivitāšu nodrošināšanai. Projekts atbalstīts Eiropas Ekonomikas zonas finanšu instrumenta 2009.-2014. gada perioda programmas „NVO fonds” apakšprogrammā „Nevalstisko organizāciju darbības atbalsta programma”.
Projekta 2014. gada darba programmā paredzēts turpināt jau ieviestās regulārās aktivitātes. Uzmanība tiks pievērsta sadarbībai ar citām NVO - gan ar Krāslavas novada NVO, gan Latgales un citu reģionu NVO dalīborganizācijām. Ar mērķi paaugstināt organizācijas biedru un darbinieku kapacitāti notiks apmācības pilsoniskās līdzdalības veicināšanā, apmācības juridiskajos un grāmatvedības jautājumos. Tiks veikta anketēšana par iedzīvotāju dzīves kvalitāti, izstrādāts Informatīvs dokuments, kas būs pieejams 3 novada bibliotēkās. Visu projekta ieviešanas periodu tiks nodrošināta projekta publicitāte.

Tramatza Street Art


This year, the third edition of the Street Art Tramatza took a breath with the accession of the European Council to the Youth in Action Programme, through which 20 young people from France, Turkey and Latvia were housed in facilities in the country for an exchange intercultural. A week of confrontation with workshops in music, dance and graffiti art before the final outcome of the title of which was: Young people and Europe: opportunities to meet and exchange ideas. " The workshops of rap were treated by Federico Camedda (Ako)" reveals the Alderman for Youth Alessandra Mele "laboratories of graffiti from Tela Urbana, Nuoro, while for those of dance we had a nice surprise: one of the girls French, Justine Ben Hadj Salem, coming from participant, proved to be a dance teacher. So we decided to entrust the workshop of hip hop and it is she who oversaw the choreography.
