This year 2015 at 30 and 31 march, was two days trainings "Voluntary work organizing". at this training was 15 participants.
The days usually began with a common talks by the coffee table and began to circle in which everyone was able to speak, to tell about themselves. we need to say name, what we are doing most of the day and about what we are proud for the last year. Also, day ended in a circle, each said what gave him that day, and how thay feel. At this two-days training we was learning from lecturer Ausmas Pastores her simplicity with which she speaks to others, explaining things, the ability to make complicated things simple and understandable to all. Some participants changed them mind about volunteering - it turns out that it is not easy. Some have even said a joke that time paid work easier to organize than volunteering.
